A visit to Kunsthal begins with booking your ticket online. To help make your visit as smooth as possible, you’ll find the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and use of e-tickets on this page.
We recommend reading these terms and conditions carefully before booking your ticket. Here you’ll find information about your ticket, payment, cancellations and changes to your visit.
Purchase of e-tickets
Tickets can be booked online via www.kunsthal.nl/tickets, you purchase tickets from Stichting Kunsthal Rotterdam.

Refunds
E-tickets cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. The purchase of a ticket is final. Purchased e-tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
Changing your visit
You can change your ticket to a different date and time up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Please email your tickets to tickets@kunsthal.nl. We will then send you a discount code by email, which you can use to book a new date and time.
If your visit is scheduled within 48 hours, it is no longer possible to change your booking to a different date.
Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of e-tickets. E-tickets for a visit to Kunsthal are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal because they concern a leisure service for which a specific date or period of performance has been agreed.

Cashless
Please note that Kunsthal Rotterdam does not accept cash payments. Kunsthal uses cashless payment methods with sustainability and security in mind.
