Purchase of tickets
Tickets can be booked online via www.kunsthal.nl/tickets, you purchase tickets from Stichting Kunsthal Rotterdam.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. The purchase of a ticket is final. We do not offer refunds for tickets that have already been purchased. However, you can reschedule your ticket up to one hour before your selected start time. For more information, please read our rescheduling and refund policy.
Resceduling
You can reschedule your tickets yourself to a different date and/or time up to one hour before your scheduled start time. You can do this via the rescheduling webpage or by using the rescheduling link in your confirmation email.
Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of e-tickets. E-tickets for a visit to Kunsthal are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal because they concern a leisure service for which a specific date or period of performance has been agreed.

Cashless
Please note that Kunsthal Rotterdam does not accept cash payments. Kunsthal uses cashless payment methods with sustainability and security in mind.
