De tachtigjarige Loes uit het Rotterdamse Charlois breit al haar hele leven truien. De ruim 550 truien die na al die jaren in haar huis opgestapeld lagen, vormden in 2012 aanleiding voor de start van het project ‘Truien van Loes'. Als afsluiting van dit project worden de inmiddels beroemde truien geveild in de Kunsthal. Ruim 350 kleurrijke breiwerken worden gepresenteerd op de gekleurde stoelen in het Auditorium.
