During ArtHopping, the guide takes you at a lively pace past various artworks and objects, criss-crossing the Kunsthal, while encouraging you to see the extraordinary building from a different perspective. It’s a fast-paced way to discover several exhibitions, including (Sur)render, as well as the Kunsthal building itself.

About Theater Rotterdam: (Sur)render
How can you transfer a live performance to an exhibition space? Taking the successful performance (Sur)render by theatre maker and choreographer Alida Dors as their point of departure, Kunsthal Rotterdam and Theater Rotterdam have joined forces to engage in an extraordinary experiment. The multidisciplinary theatrical production will be translated into an immersive exhibition; you will not only experience the performance’s subject matter as a spectator, but will become part of it yourself.
