WHAT ARE THE KUNSTHAL’S OPENING HOURS? 

The Kunsthal is open from Tuesday through Sunday between 10:00 and 17:00 hrs. The Kunsthal Café opens half an hour earlier and can be visited between 09:30 and 17:30 hrs. 

WHERE CAN I BUY A TICKET? 

Tickets can be purchased via www.kunsthal.nl/tickets Booking a ticket online, even if you have a Museum Card or Rotterdam Pass, is our strong preference. This way, among other things, we are better prepared for your visit. If this is really not possible for you, please buy your ticket at the Kunsthal's box office at the entrance.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE KUNSTHAL?

HOW ACCESSIBLE IS THE KUNSTHAL FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?  

All exhibition spaces of the Kunsthal are accessible by wheelchair, and lifts are available. Please visit the page accessibility for more information.

IS THE KUNSTHAL SHOP OPEN?

The Kunsthal Shop is open from Tuesday through Sunday between 10:00 and 17:00 hrs. Payment is exclusively possible by PIN (debit card, MasterCard or VISA card) or contactless. We also have an online shop. Click here to find out what products are available online.

Are storage lockers available? 

Storage lockers, with space for a small bag (and jacket), are available in the cloakroom.  The storage lockers can be locked by using plastic tokens that are available for free. Bags that are larger than A4 format (21.0 x 29.7 cm) have to be stored. Please note that only a limited number of storage lockers are available. Larger pieces of luggage cannot be stored.

SHOULD GROUPS AND SCHOOLS MAKE A RESERVATION IN ADVANCE?

Have you lost something during your visit to the Kunsthal? Please contact (+31) (0)10 44 00 300 during office hours. 

ARE GROUP VISITS ALLOWED?

For school classes and other groups it is currently again possible to visit the Kunsthal. Click here for more information.

CAN I RENT A SPACE OR ORGANISE AN EVENT?

CAN I PAY WITH MY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?

Payment is possible with a debit card, MasterCard or VISA card. Please note! Cash payments are no longer possible at Kunsthal Rotterdam. In the interest of sustainability and safety, the Kunsthal has opted for cashless payment methods.

ARE AUDIO TOURS AVAILABLE?

At present, no audio tours are available for the exhibitions.
