L'Amour is het tweede fotoboek dat na Van der Elskens dood wordt uitgegeven. Het eerste heette Once upon a time en werd nog geheel door de fotograaf zelf samengesteld.

Voor L'Amour! werd de selectie van de foto's verricht door de bekende grafisch ontwerper Anthon Beeke, in samenwerking met Anneke van der Elsken en Ilona Bokma.

On Saturday, April 26 — in celebration of King's Day — the Kunsthal will be closed. But on Monday, April 28, we’re open extra, plenty to do during the holiday!
