Ai Weiwei. In Search of Humanity
In Search of Humanity presents important works from all creative stages in Ai Weiwei's career, offering an insight into his extraordinary artistry. The exhibition is an impressive retrospective of his career, which by now has spanned four decades, and includes paintings, cultural readymades, LEGO works, sculptures, installations, photography, and video art. The artworks show his unrelenting search for humanity and his efforts to make our world a better place.
ArtHopping
During ArtHopping, a guide will lead you past various artworks and objects at a high pace, criss-crossing through the Kunsthal, while at the same time encouraging you to look differently at the extraordinary building. In only an hour, this allows you to find out more about several of our exhibitions (Ai Weiwei and Refik Anadol) as well as the Kunsthal building.
