Every day: KunsthalLAB
Families and children can have fun making their own hyperreal sculpture in the KunsthalLAB during the May holiday. Using clay and moulds, you can discover the principles of the techniques of the hyperreal sculptors. Make a self-portrait in clay and show how you see yourself!
Kunsthal FamilyLAB
Every Sunday afternoon there are family workshops in the KunsthalLAB from 14:00 to 16:00 hrs. Take your inspiration from the exhibitions and roll up your sleeves under the supervision of a Kunsthal teacher. Specially for the May holiday there are extra family workshops on Wednesday 2 May and Wednesday 9 May from 13:00 to 17:00 hrs.
Family tours
On Tuesday 1 May and Tuesday 8 May you can take part in a family tour of the exhibition ‘Hyperrealism Sculpture’ at 13:00 or 14:00 hrs. Registration takes place in the Kunsthal on the same day.

May month of bees
May month of bees is back in the Kunsthal. Every Sunday from 14:00 to 16:00 hrs the FamilyLAB is devoted to bees and you can join the Odin beekeeper on the roof to find out all about the Kunsthal bee colonies. See below for full information.
*The workshops in the FamilyLAB are open workshops and there is no need to make a reservation. Participation in the workshops is free upon presentation of a valid Kunsthal ticket (Museumkaart and Rotterdampas are valid).
