UITVERKOCHT - Start your weekend with Friday Night LIVE! On each third Friday of the month you will be welcome at the Kunsthal for bites&drinks, music&performances, and above all for an exciting and inspiring programme infused with a generous dose of art. For each edition a different Rotterdam partner will be running the show. Unleash your creativity on Friday, March 15, as the creative collective Sip 'N Paint is pulling the strings this evening!
For Friday Night LIVE, the Kunsthal will hand over the keys and offer a platform to a Rotterdam partner active in the fields of film, spoken word, dance, music, fashion, and theatre. Alongside a vibrant programme, all exhibitions will remain open until 22:00 hrs. Join in and watch, listen, party, and mingle, and kick off your weekend with Friday Night LIVE X Sip 'N Paint.

Slide into the Auditorium and let your creativity run wild under the guidance of the hosts of Sip 'N Paint. All you have to worry about is 'you and your empty canvas'. While you are painting, enjoy various performances by Amenti and the jazzy tunes of Miguel Sucasas Trio, among others.

Sip 'n Paint
Sip 'N Paint is a pop-up event that brings together networking, creativity and education. Founded by Edson, Victor and Djo - three talented tattoo artists, painters and creatives - the creative collective reflects their passion for art and love for the city of Rotterdam. Sip 'N Paint strives to create a safe and inviting space that encourages connection and fosters new friendships where painting, music and cocktais take center stage. The term 'Sip' is a nod to the collective's collaboration with various bars and restaurants in Rotterdam, where you can enjoy food&drinks while developing your artistry.
Doron Langberg. Part of your World
Kunsthal Rotterdam is delighted to present the first solo institutional exhibition in Europe by artist Doron Langberg (1985), starting from 1 February 2024. One of the leading figurative painters of his generation, Langberg has gained a reputation for works that celebrate queer subjectivity. Portraying himself, his family, friends, lovers and landscapes, Langberg’s luminous and often large-scale paintings celebrate the physicality of touch – in subject matter and process. Doron Langberg. Part of Your World brings together sixteen new and recent paintings – from intimate portraits to monumental sweeping landscapes – which encompass universal subjects of love, desire and place.
