Artist Talk Stijn ter Braak

On Friday, June 21, there will be an Artist Talk with artist Stijn ter Braak during Friday Night LIVE. He will discuss his latest installation, Way (Weg).
Especially for the Kunsthal’s HALL 6, the artist Stijn ter Braak (Groningen, 1995) is creating the site-specific work Way (Weg). The installation will elevate a recognizable reality to art: a road like the ones you might come across in Flanders, where Ter Braak lives and works. Complete with a zebra crossing and tram track, and exactly the size of the twenty-five metre long ‘display window’ along the ramp… but turned upside down. Visitors are thus given the opportunity to experience an ordinary stroll along the street from a very different perspective.
