On Saturday 25 June, during Rotterdam Pride, The Utopia Ball will take place at Kunsthal Rotterdam. Organised by Yamuna Forzani and DJ Seven Angels, this annual European ball brings a 'queer utopia' to life.
After a thrilling edition last September, on the occasion of the exhibition Deep in Vogue, the ballroom community gathers again at the Kunsthal. Participants in the Ball compete in various categories such as fashion, realness, body and vogue performance. Participants and audience members can immerse themselves in the world of French artist, writer and activist Claude Cahun in the exhibition Under the Skin, before the battle begins.
