General terms and conditions for guided tours
Cancellation/alteration
Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 7 working days before the tour was scheduled to take place by sending an e-mail to groepen@kunsthal.nl, or calling +31(0)10 1 44 00 300 (only during office hours). In case of later cancellation, the full invoice amount will be charged.
Invoicing/payment
By invoice: We are offering our customers the option to pay by invoice. After the booked guided tour has taken place, the Kunsthal will send a digital invoice to the specified e-mail address.
Invoices must be paid within two weeks by transferring the full amount to the correct account number. After the term of payment has expired, the customer will receive a reminder of payment by e-mail. In case the customer fails to comply with their obligation of payment, the Kunsthal is authorised to call in a collection agency. All charges involved in the collection must be covered by the customer.
By Cultuurkaart:
The Kunsthal accepts payment by Cultuurkaart (Culture Card). In case your educational institution wishes to pay by Cultuurkaart, this must be specified at the time of booking. After receiving the necessary information – school number, year of study, educational level, name of the teacher, number of teacher, and number of students – the Kunsthal will submit a web order, which must be approved by the school.
Liability during guided tours
Participants taking part in the guided tour do so at their own risk. In case a participant is harmed as a result of a guided tour, the Kunsthal cannot be held responsible or liable for this.
